Phone Consultations for Existing Patients
We are now doing Telehealth consults for our existing patients to help minimise the risk and spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
If you have a cough, fever, sore throat or shortness of breath
DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE.
Please call reception to enquire about booking a phone consultation on 02 4284 5663
Certain criteria apply to be eligible for these consultations.
This surgery has an appointment system and spaces are set aside each day for urgent problems to be dealt with promptly. Appointments can be made by phone or in person. Please identify the doctor you prefer to see.
Please notify us well in advance if you are unable to attend an appointment.
We have a drop in surgery on Saturday mornings for patients of this practice who are unable to attend during the week.
Pathology and X-Ray are located in the same building and both have wheelchair access.
Booking a long appointment
If you require an insurance medical, review of a complex health problem or counselling for emotional difficulties, you will need to make sure you book a longer appointment. This may involve a longer wait but your problem will get the attention it deserves. Please notify us if you are unable to attend an appointment well in advance.
We offer home visits within our local area to regular patients of our practice who are too ill to attend the surgery. Please phone as early as possible, preferably before 10 am as these visits are usually done during the doctor’s midday break.
There is adequate parking at the rear of our building as well as disabled parking.
Because our practice is committed to preventive care, we may send you an occasional reminder regarding health services appropriate to your care. If you wish to opt out of this, please let us know.
